Orphanage Caregiver is responsible on the role of a caregiver, providing emotional support, assistance, and supervision to the children. The primary objective is to ensure the well-being, health, and happiness of the children under their care.

Key Responsibilities:

Caretaking:

  • Provide emotional support and a nurturing environment for the children.
  • Supervise the children's daily activities and assist them with homework, personal hygiene, and other tasks as needed.
  • Monitor the children's behavior and report any concerns to the supervisor.
  • Organize and engage the children in recreational and educational activities.

2. Safety and Well-being:

  • Ensure the safety and security of the children at all times.
  • Administer basic first aid when necessary and seek medical attention for more serious injuries or illnesses.
  • Follow established safety protocols and guidelines within the orphanage premises.

Communication:

  • Maintain open and effective communication with other staff members, volunteers, and the orphanage management.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a positive and supportive environment for the children.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a childcare or institutional setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Compassionate and patient with children, with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy.
  • Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
