DAILY TASK

  • Prepare Pre-Task Plan and brief workers on the job scope.
  • Follow up daily progress on site and record progress completion.
  • To ensure all equipment are available and in good condition prior to the activity.
  • To ensure that all needed PPE are comply and inspect from time to time.
  • Support Project Manager to monitor, track and update all tools moving schedules.
  • To ensure all activities adhere to safety regulation to avoid any incident to workers and tools.

II. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Focus on excellent customer service in each aspect of the move process.
  • Manage the move process by coordinating the required services according to the agreed process and applicable policies.
  • Prepare first time right documentation and communication required as per process.
  • Identify exceptional situations and support exception requests by obtaining and providing information required by other stakeholders.
  • Keep complete and accurate records at all times and complete all task accurately.
  • Resolve an escalation (low/medium risk) swiftly and satisfactorily. In case of high risk escalations, proactively & appropriately involve your manager for immediate action, provide the necessary information/background and source additional information upon request.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum certificate or Diploma in Engineering field (Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical)
  • Certificate in technical field with related working experience.
  • High school or SPM with 23 years working experience
Working hours: 08:00 - 17:48 (normal working hours)

Working days:
Mon - Fri (normal working day)

One (1) day rest in every 7 days. Must not exceed 60 hours per week including Over Time.

Entitle for OT Rate 1.5 (Normal Working Day & Off Day < 8 hours) / 2.0 (Public Holiday & Rest Day
8 hours office hours) - Basic salary RM and below.

Entitle for Fix Overtime Rate, RM15/hour - Basic Salary above RM4000.00

Contribution of EPF, SOCSO & EIS. Annual Leave, Sick Leaves and Other Special Leaves under company.

Employee is protected under Group Hospitalization, Group Term Life, Group Personal Accidents & Business Travel Insurance (when required).
