Responsibilities:

  • To attend customers callin enquires or any other related matters
  • Timely response to incoming incidents and support requests
  • Follow up on tickets and ensure timely closure
  • Maintain filing and proper documentation
  • Completes and maintain a variety of reports and records as assigned
  • Assist in adhoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM
  • Age between 18 and 40 years old

Location:
Cyberview Building, Cyberjaya

Working hour;
Weekday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Saturday: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
