Responsibilities:

- To attend customers call-in enquires or any other related matters
- Timely response to incoming incidents and support requests
- Follow up on tickets and ensure timely closure
- Maintain filing and proper documentation
- Completes and maintain a variety of reports and records as assigned
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM
- Age between 18 and 40 years old

Location: Cyberview Building, Cyberjaya

Working hour;
Weekday: 9.00 am to 6.00 pm

Saturday: 9.00 am to 1.00 pm

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
