Job Position:
Admin Outlet (Ladies Only)
Job Location:
CCW Infinite Sdn Bhd, Kepong, Selangor.
Working Mode:
On-Site
Jobs & Responsibilities:
- Manage leave requests and maintain attendance records.
- Assist in payroll processing using HR2000 software.
- Assist in disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare and distribute job descriptions, company policies, and employee correspondence.
- Handle permit renewal through EPLKS for foreign workers.
- Maintain and update operational policies, rules, and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between the company and external vendors.
- Stationery and uniforms ordering as needed, distribute and record for employees as per their requests.
- Coordinate insurance renewal and road tax renewal for company vehicles.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preference Female:

Experience Required in administration roles
, at least 2 years experiences
:
- Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Have good knowledge and expert in Bioxcess System will be an advantage
:
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Provide administrative support to outlet operations as needed.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Handle any adhoc tasks assigned by Head of Department or Director.
Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
