We're seeking a highly motivated P2P Accountant to join one of the leading global conglomerates You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of financial transactions from purchase to payment.


What you'll do:

Become an invoice processing pro: You'll be responsible for processing invoices efficiently and accurately, adhering to established service-level agreements (SLAs).
-
Sharp problem-solving skills are a must: Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and other issues promptly, keeping the process moving forward without delays.
-
Be a team player and a go-to resource: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to troubleshoot issues, make informed decisions, and proactively identify potential roadblocks.

Embrace continuous improvement: Work with the team to constantly refine processes, enhance efficiency, and elevate service levels.

Stay compliant, stay informed: Ensure adherence to internal controls, accounting principles, SSC standards, and SLAs.

Champion stakeholder satisfaction: Effectively manage interactions with internal stakeholders (e.g., accounts payable, procurement, departments requesting purchases) and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of inquiries.

Support a positive and productive work environment: Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere where knowledge sharing and mutual support are key.

Be a mentor and knowledge source: Train new team members and share your expertise to help them succeed.

What you bring to the table:


  • Education and experience: At least a Diploma in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or relevant field, with 3 years of experience.

Financial knowledge: A solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts, practices, and procedures.

Process expertise: Familiarity with the purchase-to-payment cycle, including purchase orders, invoices, credit/debit notes, and payment terms.

Technical skills: Proficiency in SAP and other relevant financial systems.

Communication skills: The ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.

Teamwork and interpersonal skills: A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues.

Stakeholder management:The ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
