To manage & supervise all Maintenance work installation on site.

  • Ensure daily operation & maintenance standard is adhered.
  • To perform preventive maintenance accordance to schedule.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and repairing of M&E equipments.
  • To assist in liaising with contractor and monitor defect rectification work.
  • Familiar with LV switchgears, electrical installation system, fire protection system, lift / security system and M&E equipment.
  • To prepare and submit reports.

Job Qualification

  • Must possess at least a relevant Certificate/ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in
    building / property/ M&E system maintenance is preferable.
  • With experiences in supervision of building rectification work.
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision with sense of responsibility and urgency
  • Hands on skills in electrical and mechanical
  • Ability to multitask and good communication with superior.
  • Good coordination skill with contractors/ workers.
  • Computer literacy (basic) is require.
  • Location: Seri Kembangan
