Responsibilities:

  • Assist in monthly accounts closing, including preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, etc.
  • Ensure all financial data is timely, accurate and complete
  • Assist in daily operations, including consolidate receivables, invoice and payment processing, and data entry into accounting system
  • Perform monthly reconciliation schedules and follow up on outstanding items (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, intercompany reconciliation etc.)
  • Maintain supplier invoices/ bills, debit notes and credit notes in a timely manner
  • Perform monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet analysis
  • Ensure timely collection from customers
  • Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

Requirements:

  • Must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent presentation, communication, problem solving, interpersonal and time
- management skills

  • A valuable team player and able to work independently
  • Ability to handle full set of accounts is required
  • Experience in SQL or other cloud accounting software will be an added advantage
  • Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
  • Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to work

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM2,900.00 per month
