*Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and organization of production schedules, resources, and logistics.

  • Assist in casting, location scouting, and securing permits as required.
  • Provide administrative support, including managing documentation, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and tracking project costs.
  • Aid in coordinating onset activities, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
  • Assist with postproduction tasks, including reviewing footage, organizing assets, and liaising with editors and postproduction team members.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to contribute fresh ideas and innovations to productions.
*Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Previous experience in a production assistant or similar role within the film, television, or media industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software (e.g., Final Draft, Movie Magic Budgeting).
  • Knowledge of production processes, industry terminology, and best practices.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as needed.
