Job Summary:

The Corporate Planning Senior Executive/ Executive will be responsible for assisting in corporate planning activities, including the development of company work plans, monitoring and reporting of corporate performance. This role will also involve evaluating business processes, analyzing business requirements, and identifying areas for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain reports to support weekly and periodic reporting cycles.
  • Assist in evaluating business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop and implement sound solutions to cope with business changes.
  • Produce insightful and useful reports by gathering critical information with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support and closely monitor company key action plans by tracking progress and comparing with base objectives.
  • Support collaboration across functions.
  • Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Candidate should possess an Advanced Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies.
  • Preferably Executive specializing in Finance/ Corporate Planning/ FP&A or equivalent.
  • Experience in SAP, Power BI, and RPA would be added advantages.
  • Good communication skills in English and Malay language for both spoken and written.
