Requirements:
- 2 years working experience or secondary level in education
- Carry own transport
- Fluent speaking in English or Malay
Job Scope:
- Handle daily office administration task
- Including coordinate with vendor and customer
- Invoice and receipt documentation filling
- Quotation and proposal preparation
- Payroll & payment advice
- Sorting data and data entry for reporting purpose
- Meeting minutes and departmental report
- Prepare event and meeting needy before hand
Benefits:
