Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences, analyzing market trends, and positioning the brand effectively.

Brand Identity Management: Manage the visual and verbal elements of the brand, including logos, taglines, and messaging. Ensure consistency in branding across all communication channels, including advertising, packaging, and digital platforms.

Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative assets and messaging that effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.

Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor strategies, and industry trends. Use insights gathered to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for growth.

Product Development Support: Work closely with product development teams to ensure that new products align with the brand's positioning and values. Provide input on product features, packaging design, and pricing strategies.

Brand Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of branding initiatives. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for optimization.

Brand Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies to execute brand initiatives effectively. Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for branding efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of successful brand building.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a passion for innovation and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
  • Experience in consumer goods, retail, or a related industry is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to a fastpaced work environment.

Job Type:
