Ensure at all times, assumes a pleasing and helpful attitude towards his superiors and fellow employees.

  • Always well groomed, take care of his personal cleanliness and neatly dressed in prescribe chef uniform.
  • Ensure his working station is clean at all times and maintain high standard for sanitation in the preparation area.
  • He is responsible for preparing Local and Promotion food to various outlet as required in the event order or in the restaurant menu.
  • To ensure safety working condition at all times, notify to maintenance department if they is any defects.
  • Responsible or purchases, receiving and production of the Chinese section.
  • Ensure no wastage, no overproduction and always maintain good cost control of the kitchen.
- to Ensure that, chef must be completely familiar, he may be relocated either temporary or permanently in the course of service to help in another station.

  • To ensure that kitchen staff are adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • To monitor and ensure food standards in the production kitchen are always consistent, creativity and achieve minimum standards.
  • To assist in the development of product specifications for all menus and all Chinese Cuisine.
  • To encourage all cooks to be innovative and creative.
  • To ensure that product consistency in quality of appearance and taste.
  • To maintaining a high quality operation in service.
  • To ensure the accurate maintenance of food recipe data.
  • To continuously test, along with Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef new products in the market.
  • To share with the Executive Chef / Executive Sous Chef the responsibility to revenue and profits.
