Accounts Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall accounting administration, including daily AP & AR data entry.
  • Handle payments, prepare and file payment vouchers, and maintain necessary records.
  • Manage and update daily petty cash usage and reconcile intercompany transactions.

Admin Responsibilities:

  • Manage the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Coordinate the logistic related task and documentations.
  • Assist and handle payroll related task and HR administrative.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 3 years of related working experience.
  • Minimum diploma graduate in Business management, Accounting or any relevant.
  • Able to communicate with Chinese to liaise with mandarin speaking stakeholders.

RM3, RM6,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
  • Procurement: 2 years (preferred)
  • HR Administration: 2 years (preferred)
Logistic Coordination: 2 years (preferred)
