Job description:

  • Oversee office administration, including office buildings, equipment, stationery control, pantry supplies, etc.
  • Manage employee welfare, including meals, holiday gift packages, medical subsidies, etc.
  • Handle the full spectrum of HR including attendance, payroll, training and development, and performance management.
  • Responsible for all staff movements (recruitment, exit, transfer, etc.).
  • Work closely with all Government / Agencies for work permits, licenses, etc.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Basic knowledge of

Microsoft Office:
Word & Excel
- own transportation.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in a team setting.
  • Good problemsolving and rootcause analysis skills.
  • Language: Can read and speak Mandarin as need to liaise with China side
  • At least degree in relevant studies.
  • Age below 30.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an admin / HR.

Salary:
RM2, RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
