Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daytoday finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Liaise with suppliers for order, payment and receipts arrangement and obtaining relevant information.
  • Assist in any other accounting and admin related work and assignments given by immediate superior.
  • Ensure all deadlines for reporting, returns and submission are met.
  • Liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary, bankers etc.
  • Maintain proper record and organization of filling system.
  • Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Administration or related fields with professional qualifications.
  • Working Experience in Accounting Assistant or Accounting Executive are preferred.
  • Familiar with UBS System, Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
  • Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Intermediate level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.
  • Good in organizing works and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Able to work as a team and take the initiative to learn and contribute

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay:
RM1, RM2,300.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
