Roles Admin cum Account Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day to day general administrative tasks like filing, keep records and assuring accurate documents filing.
  • Assist Accounts Department in accounting operations in account payables, accounts receivables, and other related daily tasks.
  • Contributes to term effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Compile payment listing/ prepare project profit and loss and liaise with account department.
  • General admin and clerical support
  • Date entry and information search
  • Preparing documents including reports, drafts, memos
  • To perform any other adhoc tasks assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines, able to multitask with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Problem solver.
  • At least 2 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Minimum Graduate LCCI, Diploma in Accounting or equivalent field
  • Speaks, Read, Write Bahasa Malaysia & English & Mandarin
  • Proficient in SQL Accounting System
  • Has experience in Accounts Executive roles
  • Has experience in Office Assistant / Administrative roles
