As Account cum Admin Assistant, you will be reporting to the Chief Executive in Malaysia and Finance Team in Hong Kong HQ.


Your responsibilities are as follow:

  • Prepare monthly P&L, income statements and balance sheets
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls.
  • Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements
  • Process and record monthly invoices
  • Prepare monthly payments & staff reimbursement
  • Maintain proper accounting record and filing
  • Filing of all financial files, records and relevant documents
  • Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions
  • Record and track team leave
  • Assist in liaising with external stakeholders e.g. auditors, tax agent, company secretary, etc.
  • Manage office maintenance, servicing and supplies
  • Provide administrative assistance to management & consultants.
  • Perform adhoc projects and assignments as required.

Job requirements

  • Experienced in general account, finance and relevant areas
  • Knowledge in GST,SST & E Invoicing are preferred
  • Resourceful, with a positive and problemsolving attitude
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and under pressure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google office suite, especially Excel and Sheets
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective crossfunctional team work
  • A Diploma or Degree in Accounting and/or Finance is preferred
  • Has 12 years relevant experience
  • Has a positive attitude, responsible, accountable, flexible and respectful
  • Cares about integrity and equality
  • Believes in supporting team mates, exceeding expectations, expressing ideas and listening to others

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
