Receive, issue and assume responsibility of all mails, parcel and message in theinformation section**:
Ensure all mails, parcel and message are sent up to the corresponding room:
Check against the computer to ascertain guest names and correct room number:

Mark (indicate) the guest room numbers on the parcel, mail and message:

Fill out guest's notification slips or receipt:
-
Inform other department of arrivals, room charges, check outs and special arrangements:

lnform the House Keeping department of blocked rooms first thing in the morning.
