Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Department.
  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Followup on action items and coordinate with HR manager
  • Able to maintain strict confidence and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and clients.
  • To assist in the full spectrum of the department and related functions.
  • Any other adhoc administrative jobs as assigned from time to time.
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with various departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • 1 Internship position(s) for duration of 3 month(s).
  • Hardworking, willing to learn, strong communication skill and able to work in a fast pace.
  • High commitment to meet deadlines.
