Responsibilities:

  • To study and to be familiar with company specialized designing software
  • To host, planning & conduct training program, tutorial classes to internal interior designers, staff member & users
  • To provide assistance (understanding the issue / problem, explaining the problem and solving the problem by providing accurate tech solutions) to users with technologyrelated issues
  • Conduct social media platform live tutorial class
  • Daily technical support on Discord & Telegram
  • Marking all the submissions by giving marks, comments and feedback
  • Sorting all the submission record for backup
  • Conduct 1 to 1 consultation when needed
  • Notify software support team for bugs issues and follow up closely for the solutions
  • Explore software tools and get updates from software support team

Requirements:

  • Relevant Diploma, Degree in interior design, architecture or related field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in using industrystandard interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), and 3D modeling software
  • Experience in virtual teaching will be an advantage
  • Commitment to teaching, team player, selfmotivated, responsible, and pleasant personality
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials may also apply)

RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
