Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business/Marketing or equivalent
  • Min 2 years experience in retail management
  • Have knowledge in current computer software
  • Posses strong sales, business acumen, leadership skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities, coupled with the capacity to remain composed in highstress situations while effectively multitasking and prioritizing tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide teams for maximum sales performance
  • Manage outlet budgets to minimize expenditure and enhance efficiency
  • Ensure smooth operations, resolving issues to boost revenues
  • Oversee cashier functions, addressing customer and employee concerns
  • Maintain cash register accuracy and create a positive work environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month
