Bim Modeller

As a BIM Modeler, you will be an integral part of our design team, responsible for creating and managing accurate and detailed digital models of architectural and engineering projects using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to the successful delivery of high-profile projects across various sectors.

• Preparation and drafting of M&E/ Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions, etc.
• Space planning, conceptual design development and detailing
• Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction independently
• Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors
• Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and compliance requirements, and good and good engineering practices

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in drafting of M&E/Technical drawings in architectural, construction related industries.
• Must have experience / knowledge of REVIT
• Familiar in architectural, fire protection & mechanical ventilation system design
• Competent in AutoCAD & good knowledge in SolidWorks (3D)
