**工作目的:**

規劃並執行公司的業務發展計劃和活動,以發展業務。

**主要職責:**

1. 推廣馬來西亞愛樂樂團 (MPO) 管弦樂團的租用
- 制定並執行計劃以促進僱用 MPO 管弦樂團,為組織創造收入。

2.專案規劃與管理
- 規劃和管理所有計劃和協作的執行,以確保計劃順利交付。
- 與相關方(可能包括傳播和創意服務、採購和合約等)聯絡和協調,以確保順利、成功地交付績效。
- 規劃、評估和監控合同,以確保履行所有義務。

3.資助與贊助
- 規劃和執行計劃和項目,以透過贊助、捐贈、遺贈、捐贈和其他措施(包括對銷/以物易物關係)獲得資金。
- 協調和監督,確保及時履行贊助合約義務、財務和非財務義務。
- 管理和報告所有籌款工作的結果,並提供進度/狀態和成本效益分析的最新資訊。
- 管理、監控並遵守為行銷和籌款目的批准的預算,確保最大的成本效率

4.文件和記錄管理
- 建立並維護準確且最新的籌款聯絡人資料庫,包括潛在籌款線索的記錄。
- 管理所有籌款相關文件的準備和維護,包括提案、合約、啟動計劃、促銷等。

5.新商機
- 規劃和實施業務發展和行銷計劃,以確定新的市場和商機,實現收入來源多元化,確保組織的可持續性。
- 規劃和實施社交活動和潛在客戶互動,以開拓新市場和細分市場。

六、公司交辦的其他職責
- 規劃並執行公司指派的所有其他職責。
