Accounts Executive

Prepare and key in all accounting related transactions for Account Receivables/Account Payable (AR/AP) and General Ledger such as sales invoice, purchases invoice, credit/debit note, official receipt, payment voucher, journal vouchers, summary payment listing, petty cash etc.


  • Assist in monitoring and follow up on outstanding purchasers' and endfinanciers' accounts.
  • Generate AR/AP aging, late payment interest billings and other reports as required by management/owner.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statement.
  • Preparation of management accounts at Company level.
  • Assist in preparation of statutory financial statements.
  • Assist in corporate tax computation and submission, attend and comply with other tax related matters for Group and Company level.
  • Check and verify invoices received for payment; and prepare and verify payment documents to ensure compliance to SOP and LOA.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, solicitors and bankers.
  • Any other duties requested by superior.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Knowledge in SQL system is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work independently, meticulous and possess a positive attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of language in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

Education and Experience:

  • LCCI / Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in related field.
