Job Description:

  • Managing various customers' orders in the various internal system.
  • To generate weekly/monthly customer report.
  • Play an integral role in communicating the needs and enquiries about the repair progress between customers and internal operation team.
  • To coordinate and prepare with internal member for customers' visit and audit.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma /Degree in any related field.
  • Min. 23 years of working experience in Project/ Program Management, Customer Service in a manufacturing environment.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills

Pay:
Up to RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
