What you'll contribute to the team:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the model aligns with the requirements in terms of quality and time to stay within the budget.
  • Ensure that the constructed models adhere to high standards, reflect the LEGO brand, and are safe for guest interaction.
  • Follow model instructions from the Model Shop Supervisor, Team Leads, and LEGO designers.
  • Create 2D & 3D LEGO models using LEGO Digital Designer and LEGO Brick Builder.
  • Identify necessary LEGO materials and place orders accordingly.
  • Install lighting as required in the models.
  • Collaborate with the Tech Department to integrate technology seamlessly into the LEGO model.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and information reporting.
  • Construct models following structural guidelines to maximize impact on guest experience.
  • Address operational feedback on installed models and communicate solutions to local and global LEGOLAND Studios teams.
  • Share best practices based on prior building experience.
  • Review and assess the LEGO model process for innovation in partnership with model shop designers and supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Familiarity with LEGO bricks and construction techniques is preferred.
  • Understanding of production processes and/or architectural principles is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a flexible and innovative approach to problem-solving.
