Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

1. Manage Business Transformation in legacy units

  • Acts as an enabler of change towards rollin units
  • Conducts asis analysis and defines business and functional gaps for rollins and projects
  • Trusted advisor who knows the template and business processes of the units
  • Is able to identify integration topics and aligns with impacted teams crossfunctional
  • Acts as link between business stakeholders and functional teams, IT Experts.

2. Guide Roll-In Key Users and Stakeholders

  • Manages local key user team
  • Guides key users and management through implementation
  • Acts as an advisor towards local unit
  • Enables unit key users and build up ownership by setting expectations, sharing best practices, facilitating crossunit exchange and job rotation, creating a positive change environment and strategy
  • Business Transformation Experts lead/guide key users during the rollin and ensure adaption to template processes and day 1 business readiness.

3. Enabler and Change Agent

  • Get to know the business what is critical for golive, understand the change impact
  • Provide change coaching and guide managers and key users through the transformation process
  • Enable stakeholders for change leadership
  • Run business change impact assessments and define change actions together with key users and local stakeholders
  • Perform organization design session in collaboration with Rollin Lead/Change Management

4. Responsible for Starter Pac activities

  • Prepares business units for Blue Ocean implementation by ensuring business and data readiness and accomplish the following: data prepared, SAP org structure signed off, major gaps identified and addressed
  • Drives data cleansing activities and acts as a data consultant towards the units ensuring high quality master data by time of rollin phase
  • Analysis asis processes identifies and addresses areas of change (BCIA)
  • Puts high emphasis on business change and avoiding template adaptions from the start
  • Identifies and addresses significant template and business gaps within BO
What You Need to Succeed

2. General skills and knowledge

  • Experience with Mettler-Toledo in Supply Chain Management (mandatory)
  • Ideally experienced in working in multinational teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (English fluent)
  • Ideally experienced in working in a matrixed organization across borders, cultures, and timezones

3. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) & Procurement

  • Good understanding of Master Data (Vendor & Material) and its effect on MRP results.
  • Understanding of MRP logic and able to resolve MRP exception errors
  • Familiar with procurement process of Direct Material, Indirect Material/Services & Capex
  • Basic understanding of Material Introduction and Release Process (MIRP) for Intercompany & 3rd party material creation and changes. Able to collaborate well with Data Governance Team throughout Rollin data preparation and validation phases.

4. Material handling & Outbound Logistics

  • Familiar with inbound goods receiving process in warehouse and stock movements within storage locations
  • Familiar with outbound delivery process including due list, delivery creation, picking/packing, goods issue and shipment completion
  • Basic understanding on Available to Promise (ATP) and order confirmation, including the effect of master data such as shipping conditions, routes, transportation zones etc hv on ATP calculations.

5. Others

  • Basic understanding of Quality Notification process and handling of quality issues with Hubs/Production Organizations
  • Basic knowledge of Returns Management Process from Customer to Market Organization to Hub/Production Organizations
