  • Associate Manager (Contracts Management Team)

About the Role
Contracts Management team is looking for an experience operational leader to be part of the ordering activities.

The team is majorly involved in the areas of customer master data maintenance and contractual info that flows into invoices for global Swift customers.

Furthermore, the team is also serving on the areas of Query management, Risk and Control analysis, Business expertise and Reconciliations to maintain high standards of the operations.


  • As part of the OrdertoCash (OTC) stream within the Finance Operations, we are actively working towards creating an efficient working space, maintaining synergy across different operational teams and providing good customer experience.

There are 3 teams under OTC:
Contracts Management team (Ordering), Billing team (Invoicing) and Accounts Receivable (Payment)

What to Expect:

  • Oversee and coordinate 2 areas under Contracts Management team: Order Operations and Operational Excellence
  • Review monthly KPI to monitor team productivity and share updated dashboard to management
  • Prepare monthly signoff report for approval prior to the operational monthly closing
  • Monitor monthly customers satisfaction on ordering through survey result and pulse (VOC)
  • Maintain high level of controls in critical operational areas for revenue assurance
  • Prioritize efficiency in operational areas to optimize the output and maintain a healthy working environment
  • Build a conducive environment for ongoing learning and individual/team growth
  • Promote a positive company culture and encourage top performance while maintaining high morale among the team members
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure ordering processes have been carried out efficiently, cost effective and meeting the controls guideline
  • Track performance of the team members and conduct performance reviews
  • Manages conflicts/escalations and resolve complaints related to ordering/invoicing process
  • Maintain rapport and build networks with stakeholders linked to operational activities

What will make you successful?

  • Preferably
    Bachelor's degree in Finance or any other equivalent fields
  • Minimum
    57 years of managing a team in Operations or OrdertoCash stream preferably in an international setting covering worldwide customers
  • Possess
    strong knowledge in Operation/Ordering/Billing:
  • Strong interpersonal skills,
    customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity
  • Strong
    people management, communication and listening skills
  • Meticulous, strong
    analytical and problemsolving skills:
  • Demonstrated effective
    strategy-planning and prioritization skills
  • Knowledge in
    SAP/PEGA/Confluence/Salesforce Apptus will be added advantage
  • Experience in preparing
    excel reporting for data preparation and/or building
    dashboard will be useful
