- 建立並加強客戶關係以實現長期合作關係。

- 全面了解我們的產品和服務,以便更好地向客戶進行追加銷售和交叉銷售。
- 處理新加坡客戶的詢問和請求,以滿足他們的需求。
- 掌握客戶狀況,確保他們獲得的服務不會超出預算並滿足他們的需求。
- 定期與其他團隊成員會面,討論進度並尋找改善業務的新方法。
- 確定追加銷售、交叉銷售和續訂機會。
- 發展新的客戶關係和機會。
- 參加路演、展覽和客戶聚會等銷售和行銷活動。
- 在 CRM 中更新銷售收入、預測和活動的進度。
**要求**
- 最低文憑或學位。
- 以客戶為導向,具有強大的商業頭腦和銷售驅動力。
- 在快節奏、充滿挑戰和動態的環境中蓬勃發展。
- 具備強大的溝通能力,能夠在外部代表 ATD 與潛在客戶、合作夥伴和 C 級同行進行溝通。
