Requirement:

  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Age below 30 years old.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in the related field is required for this position,
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Very good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Working day: Monday to Saturday, 8.00am 4.30pm.
  • Location: Olak Lempit, Banting Selangor.
  • 15 minutes from KLIA Airport

Responsibilities:

  • Update all data and generate a reliable FG report for daily basis to ensure the stocks movements and also key in date for Outgoing activities in Infor as per existing SOP.
  • Assist Line Leader for data entry while require, assist in daily Packing section activities when required
  • Update and immediate reporting to the superior for any discrepancies, damages and wrong findings during Infor system data key in.
  • Create packing list according to Job Dockets received.
  • Assist team in the production area to cope with the requirements and to meet the deadline.
  • Assist other section in documentation support while necessary in absence of respective staff for the section or in urgent situation while required help.
  • Ensure all related documents are well filled, documented and stored in compliance with the existing rules.
  • Communicate with all related department inorder to ensure reliable info to achieve our departmental objective, such as uninterrupted supply for production.
  • You are required to perform other tasks as stipulated by Department Heads.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
