Job description

Duties & Responsibilities
-
Implementation and Support: Developing and maintaining compliance programs, training employees on compliance procedures, and monitoring compliance activities.

Communication and Documentation: Communicating compliance updates and maintaining compliance records and documentation.
-
Additional tasks: Processing compliance-related inquiries and requests, assisting compliance officers with research and data collection, any other ad-hoc tasks as required from time to time

Qualifications & Skills Requirement

  • Passionate in collating, examining, analyze to identify nonconformities
  • Selfstarter, quick learner
  • Techsavvy: good in MS Office, Spreadsheet, AI tools
  • Good in decisionmaking skills, analytical skills & detailoriented
  • High integrity
  • Good communication skills & ability in written & spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Management, or equivalent in a related discipline
  • Must be a Malaysian

Job Types:
Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
