Qualifications & Experience

  • Applicants must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years experienced in purchasing/procurement
  • Ability to multitask, be detailoriented, and work under strict deadlines.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice is preferred.
  • Possess with own transport

Tasks & responsibilities
1) Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials, goods and supplies.

2) Get quotation from suppliers. Researching potential vendors

3) Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers

4) Collect goods from suppliers.

5) Review inventories and order as required.

6) Interact with the suppliers on a day to day basis.

7) Review deliveries against the orders.

8) Track the status of any orders.

9) Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

10) Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.

11) Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

12) Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.

13) Produce and maintain all reports.

14) Manage any procurement activities.

15) Possessed own transport

16) Had knowledge about oracle system and experience it

17) Do PO for orders that already complete in system
