The Senior Full Stack Developer will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Development: Go beyond the brief to consider commercial aspects and business value in website development.
  • Standards and Evolution: Collaborate with the Head of Development and the development team to maintain and enhance the agency's development standards.
  • Creative Excellence: Develop designs to an excellent creative standard, working closely with other delivery functions.
  • Full Stack Expertise: Lead full stack development using Next Js, Hub Spot, SCSS/Tailwind, Java Script/Type Script.
  • Portfolio Diversification: Identify and progress opportunities to diversify and expand the agency's development product portfolio.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure high levels of accuracy and detail in all code deliverables.
  • Innovation and Exploration: Stay updated with the latest techniques and languages, and offer innovative solutions to development requirements.
  • Maintainable Solutions: Develop scalable, maintainable solutions and reusable assets (blueprint products).
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and encourage excellence within the development and design teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Record and share lessons learned with team members to foster continuous improvement.
  • Current Architecture: Ensure development architecture is up-to-date and repositories are well-maintained.
