About the Role:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of SIBS (CIF, Deposit, Loan, LMS, DSP, NPL etc) related solutions and projects
  • Perform impact analysis on new initiatives, design, and development
  • Support or deliver development according to System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Deliver business systems enhancements, integration, and implementation according to user's requirements
  • Review technical design and ensure compliance to internal or external rules & processes
  • Familiar with tools/practises such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • Review SIT test plan & result and support UAT for any assigned projects
  • Manage technical risks throughout any project and review vendor's deliverables

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent, with min 4 years' work experience in systems development under AS400 platform
  • Strong technical knowledge in AS400 RPG/RPGLE, CL, SQL
  • Knowledge in handling SIBS CIF, Deposit, Loan, LMS, DSP, NPL etc.
  • Preferably with at least one full SDLC implementation experience in any project
  • Participated in projects dealing with tools/practises such as Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum Methodology
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision but still able to deliver good results
  • Able to make sound proposal and critical decisions with supervisor's guidance
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Good analytical/investigative skill
  • Self-starter
