Summary: We are looking for a PTP Analyst to provide operational support for P2P functions in the APAC region from a centralized Shared Services setting, ensuring adherence to SLAs and facilitating communication between departments.

**Job Responsibilities:**• Provide operational support for P2P functions within the APAC region.• Oversee and ensure adherence to SLAs for various P2P processes, including Good Receipting, Invoice Processing, Supplier Payments, AP Accounting & Reconciliation, and Claims & Corporate Card Expenses.• Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure accurate financial reporting.• Collaborate with stakeholders to address and resolve collection/payment issues.• Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to gather required information and documents.• Review and process supplier invoices, travel reimbursements, and employee claims in compliance with company policies.• Conduct monthly reconciliations of supplier statement of accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Investigate and resolve queries raised by customers and suppliers in a timely manner.• Undertake any other ad hoc tasks as assigned to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.• **Requirements:**• Bachelor's degree.• Experience and good understanding of PTP processes.• Passionate about process automation and critical thinking.
