Handle monthly payroll, analysis and report.
Assist in recruitment, shortlisting and arrange interview. Prepare recruitment report accordingly including measuring employee retention and turnover rates.
Assist in performance management, industrial relation and employee relation.
Draft and update employee handbook.
Draft and prepare HR correspondences and prepare offer letters.
Conduct induction/orientation program and briefing to new employee.
Arrange and assess on training needs and coordinate on staff training.
Develop job description for all job grades of Companies.
Handle the company medical panel platform and keep proper record of employees' medical leave and medical expenses.
Check and verify monthly staff claim of Companies.

Check and verify monthly corporate credit card and make sure the payment is made before the due date to avoid any late payment interest.

Liaising with the relevant government authorities on the application such as Hiring Incentive, HRDC, etc. Maintain a proper record of such application.
Maintain proper filing of the confidential documents.

Any other duties may be assigned by the management from time to time in its sole discretion, either verbally or in written instruction.


Minimum diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in HR.
