Develop quality plans, policies and procedures to achieve organizational quality objectives. Establish quality goals and performance metrics.

Inspection and Testing:

Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

Ensure that all testing is conducted according to established protocols and procedures.

Non-Conformance Management:
Identify, document and investigate non-conformances. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes of quality issues.

Reporting:
Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key quality metrics, trends and improvements initiatives. Communicate quality performance and issues to relevant stakeholders.

Supplier Quality Management:
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance to ensure quality standards are met. Develop and maintain supplier quality agreements.

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in quality management or quality control with prior experience in a managerial role being preferred.
