Senior Client Executive / Client Executive – Corporate

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications for a group of designated accounts, follows up on correspondence, and works to strengthen and grow account relationships
  • Develops an understanding of client businesses by conducting account research, industry issue research, and preparing benchmarking studies for personal and team use
  • Addresses account concerns or issues encountered, resolves problems promptly, and exercises judgment on escalation to senior colleagues when necessary
  • Reports to people manager on relationship satisfaction to ensure mutual understanding internally and externally
  • Identifies new accounts to collaborate on with people manager and/or business development team
  • Develops a fluency in the Company's various service offerings to enhance work and sales capabilities

Requirements:

  • A degree holder from any field
  • Minimum 5 years of Account Management experience within the Insurance industry
  • Strong knowledge in key account and risk management
  • Willingness to expand clientele coverage through business development activities when necessary
  • Outgoing and independent nature

Distinguishing Factors:

  • Solid experience in General Insurance
  • Excellent communication skills with a drive to expand knowledge
