To assist in accounting activities, including general accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Produce and brief monthly Profit & Loss statements to the Manager.
Perform data entry and maintain proper filing of all documents for record-keeping.
Monitor expenses and produce weekly reports for the Manager.
Check Petty Cash and verify staff's claims.
Assist in reviewing tenancy agreements, liaising with authorities, and handling other related administrative tasks.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Proven experience as a junior accountant.

Possess at least a Degree in accounting, finance or relevant fieldGood understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.

Excellent organizing abilities and great attention to detail.
Proficient in computer literate and MS Office.
Candidate must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
