Account Admin Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist in key in all bank statement transactions into the SQL system for the subsidiary company, the main company, and the dormant company.
- Assist in the preparation of all the necessary documents for audit submission.
- Filing all documents based on all transactions for all companies.
- Preparing Payment vouchers and Invoices as instructed by the executive.
- Assist in GST submission monthly to Kastam.
- To assist in keying in all transactions that need to be paid in online banking for the data entry side.
- Assist HR key in ZAKAT, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, AND INCOME TAX into the system.
- Assist HR in filing the documentation.
- Assist HR in recording staff leaves.
- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.
- General office management such as ordering stationary, tracking, and recording courier postage.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in any Account field.
- Basic HR and admin knowledge.
- Basic SQL system.
- Fast learner.
- Multitask.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Subang Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
