Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings. Develop innovative design concepts that align with client's vision and budget. Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that meet design concept and budget requirements. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the design and execution process.

  • At least a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar programs.
  • Creative with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop unique design ideas.
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently, as well as in a team.
  • Possess own transport to travel to project sites as required.
