Our client is a leading insurance company seeking a high-performing individual to head the FP&A department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of analysts in enterprise-wide monitoring and analysis of expenses.
  • Assess the effectiveness of current expense management policies and propose improvements.
  • Direct planning, budgeting, and accounting for business/strategic support units.
  • Ensure governance over financial operations and delivery of accurate financial data.
  • Conduct financial analyses to identify industry and marketplace expense trends.
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement updates to expense policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Finance and Accounting with 12+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and Reporting.
  • Preferably a Qualified Accountant with experience in the Insurance industry.
  • Experience managing business models aligned with budgets and company disbursements.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with policy and compliance regulations.
  • Experience managing fiscal tools, models, reports, and reviewing budgets.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and leadership potential.
