We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our F&B technology company.

The Finance Manager plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
Manage finance settlement, including reconciling transactions, verifying payments, and resolving discrepanciesOversee the day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliationsEnsure timely and accurate financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecastsQuarterly GST and coordinate with company secretary and tax agentMonitor and analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancementMaintain compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and other financial regulations applicable to the F&B technology industryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and drive business growthManage and optimize cash flow, including monitoring cash positions, forecasting cash needs, and implementing cash management strategiesPrepare budgeting, financial analysis, and financial planning processesCreate financial reports for shareholders, providing insights into the company's performance and financial standing and maintain clear and effective communication with shareholdersWork with payment gateways to negotiate favourable terms and fees, optimizing the cost-effectiveness of payment processing

At least diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CIMA is a plusPreferably in the F&B or technology industryAt least 3 years of related experiencePreferred language(s): English and MandarinStrong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulationsProficient in accounting software Xero and advanced MS Excel skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detailStrong understanding of financial statements, budgets, and financial forecastingExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesProactive mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environmentStrong ethics and integrity in handling financial mattersMust have Singapore GST experience
