Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok, XHS, and YouTube).Launch optimized online adverts to increase company and brand awareness.

Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website articles for SEO usage.
Collaborate with graphic designers and videographers for art direction following the concept idea and direction from management.

Acquire insights into online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date by monitoring and submitting monthly analytics to management.

Manage incoming leads and generate monthly sales ROI.Manage Facebook inquiries on a daily basis and generate leads accordingly.
Use social media to engage customers, actively responding to incoming inquiries.
Handle customers' inquiries from all digital and social media platforms, following up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide customers with the latest product information and packages through digital platforms or direct contact.
Uphold company image and reputation with proper grooming and language.
Work with various content formats such as videos, audio, and pictures.
Support in organizing and participating in any events when needed.
Brainstorm with the marketing team for art direction and advance planning for any campaigns.
Generate and submit monthly analytics reports to superiors.
Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as instructed by Superior/HOD when needed.
