Role Description You will be responsible for managing, supporting, and coordinating content curation, publishing plans, and monthly reporting for our clients. You are an expert in social media platforms and know the latest trends to publish content that is engaging and impactful to the brand. Key Responsibilities
  1. Support MY & SG local teams to coordinate with internal & external stakeholders – especially pertaining to social media topics,
  2. Source social media content from existing global content platforms and curate the format and caption copy to fit the client's brief,
  3. Stay up to date with social media trends to propose social media content that is relevant and engaging,
  4. Use social media management tools to schedule social media posts and gather social media platform performance data,
  5. Prepare monthly social media reports to analyse and report on the clients' performance on social media with recommendations for improvements. Work closely with the internal team to derive insights from the reports for improvements and future campaign activation strategy or tactics,
  6. Support the stream lead and business unit lead in client management and build client relationships to establish yourself as an approachable contact for social media topics,
  7. Participate in regular regional and market calls to connect with clients and teams to build effective relationships, share best practices, answer any technical questions from the performance reports, and assist them as best as possible.
Skills And Experience
  1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in social media management, strategy development, and social campaign creation and execution,
  2. Experience and knowledge of social media management and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc,
  3. Ability to formulate and develop engaging social media caption copies is a plus,
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of attention to detail,
  5. Extensive expertise and proficiency in content creation, formats, and best practices for social media platforms,
  6. Fast learner with the ability to adapt techniques based on requirements,
  7. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to strategize engaging content,
  8. Deep understanding of social media behavior, trends, and familiarity with key social media channels,
  9. Strong understanding of social media content strategy and how to effectively utilize and translate it on social media platforms.
Education And Other Requirements
  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field,
  2. Familiarity with different social media platforms,
  3. Strong analytical skills and content optimisation tools,
  4. Ability to research current social media and digital media trends,
  5. Possessing critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
