Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media management tools.
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong motivational and mentoring skills.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Creative Vision: A creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of brand development and audience engagement.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
