- • Support the design and implementation of social media campaigns aligned with marketing initiatives and campaign launches.
- • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates to ensure the brand remains relevant.
- • Manage and track social media campaign budget and optimize impact results.
- • Ideate and create creative concepts and strategies across all social media platforms to showcase issues and campaigns we are working on.
- • Film, edit, and upload short-form engaging content across all social media platforms in a timely manner.
- • Develop, plan, and maintain a monthly content calendar, and advanced calendar planning.
- • Craft compelling, on-brand copy for social media posts that appeal to the target audience.
- • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and tags across all social media platforms, fostering positive interactions.
- • Drive and manage community engagement and growth, monitoring feedback and interacting with the community across multiple social media platforms.
- • Gather and analyze feedback from social media interactions to inform product development and customer service improvements.
- • Track and analyze social media metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and reach using tools like Facebook Insights and Instagram Analytics.
- • Prepare monthly reports on social media performance, providing insights into what is working and where there are opportunities for improvement.
- • Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and content.
- • Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills.
