**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:
- To instill a performance-marketing and results-oriented mindset.
- To go above and beyond the call of duty when and if required.
- To manage clients, their expectations and day-to-day delivery diligently.
- Fronting clients, managing client’s expectations, managing day-to-day delivery.
- Establish strong Agency-Client relationships, understanding client concerns.
- Deliver results and showcase exceptional work to clients.
- Building trusted, meaningful relationships with clients, as well as relevant internal & external stakeholders.
- Stay informed on trends, campaigns, and media platforms, sharing insights with agency leadership.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key media platforms and vendors, such as Google, Facebook, The Star and Astro.
- Developing and implementing an effective media plan using credible insights and data, instead of using bottoms-up strategy approach responsible to drive client’s business ambitions.
- Respond to and follow up on client briefs, working collaboratively with the team.
- Create suitable creative material for integrated agency operations.
- Strategize the consumer funnel and journey from awareness to loyalty.
- Present compelling media plans to clients.
- Deliver thorough post-campaign reports.
- For digital specifics, set up and optimize campaigns, especially for e-commerce.
**To be eligible for this role you will require**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in 360 planning and communication
- Good analytical skills, balancing a macro view and the little details that matter
- Excellent personal/organizational management, good interpersonal & social relations
- Willing to learn with passion and committed
- Basic usage of Microsoft Office, digital publishers’ buying dashboard including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords
- Ideally a certified practitioner with Facebook Blueprint and/or Google Performance Honours Guru
