They are seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join their rules development team, which the role is crucial in maintaining the clarity, precision, and user-friendliness of the Participation Rules, Operational Procedures, and Overlay Services Procedures ("Rules").

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Document Development:
  2. Create and maintain comprehensive and user-friendly documentation for participation rules and operational procedures in our payment network scheme.
  3. Interdepartmental Collaboration:
  4. Collaborate with various teams such as Product, Commercial, and Operations to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment with product and business requirements while supporting organizational objectives.
  5. Expert Collaboration:
  6. Work closely with subject matter experts from Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to ensure accurate documentation of participation rules and operational procedures.
  7. Product & Operational Understanding:
  8. Demonstrate a robust technical understanding of our products, services, payment systems, and operational processes to effectively communicate complex concepts clearly.
  9. User-Centric Design:
  10. Employ a user-centric approach to design and structure documentation, catering to the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholders within our payment network.
  11. Regulatory Compliance:
  12. Ensure all documentation adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices, staying updated with regulatory changes for timely updates.
  13. Version Control and Maintenance:
  14. Implement and maintain version control processes to track changes in participation rules and operational procedures, ensuring documentation reflects the latest information accurately.
  15. Quality Assurance:
  16. Execute rigorous quality assurance processes to validate the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of documentation.
  17. Continuous Improvement:
  18. Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing documentation processes, incorporating feedback mechanisms to meet evolving organizational and stakeholder needs efficiently. Qualifications Experience:
  19. Minimum of 3-5 years of technical writing experience, preferably in the payments or financial services sector. Operational and Product Knowledge:
  20. Solid understanding of our payment company's products, services, and related operational requirements. Operational and Technical Proficiency:
  21. Strong technical prowess in translating intricate product, operational, and technical concepts into accessible documentation. Regulatory Awareness:
  22. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks concerning payments and financial services, ensuring documentation compliance. Collaboration Skills:
  23. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts. Detail-Oriented:
  24. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation. User-Centric Mindset:
  25. Focus on creating user-friendly documentation catering to diverse stakeholder needs. Adaptability:
  26. Ability to adapt to evolving industry standards, regulatory changes, and technological advancements. Software Skills:
  27. Proficiency in documentation tools and software for effective document creation and maintenance. Technical Writing Skills:
  28. Proficient in technical writing, conveying complex rules and operational procedures clearly. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  29. Excellent collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, compliance, and technology teams. Communication Skills:
